7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or error-free functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim.
  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).

9. User Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Reddit Reign harmless against claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
